At EuropaJewelers.com, we strive to exceed your expectations. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have a 30 day trial period to return your jewelry for a 100% refund. If you decide to return or exchange an item for any reason at all, first you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please e-mail us at sales@EuropaJewelers.com. Simply enclose item for return and invoice in the Pad Pak and seal. Then enclose the sealed Pad Pak in any cardboard box and tape shut. Ship the package insured to our return address using a shipper of your choice. Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund. Once the refund is processed, you will receive email notification. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping is non-refundable. Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, as this invites theft. We will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 2 business days to process upon receipt of the item. We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Returned merchandise must be in NEW and UNDAMAGED CONDITION. Products which have been sized or engraved by the customers request will not be accepted for refunds. Items returned after 30 days are not entitled to refunds.

We ship with USPS PRIORITY INSURED MAIL & FedEx Express. Most of the orders are shipped the next business day, upon availability of goods, and an e-mail notification along with the tracking number will be sent out to you. We offer free shipping for orders above $150.00 USD via USPS PRIORITY MAIL which is usually delivered within 2-3 business days and a delivery signature confirmation is required which means the recipient should be present to sign in order to receive the box. For nationwide orders, we also offer USPS EXPRESS INSURED MAIL which delivers the next business day for an additional cost. International orders are shipped with USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL which is usually delivered within 2-5 business days and depending on the receiving country's Customs processing and a delivery signature confirmation is required which means the recipient should be present to sign in order to receive the box.
